NOVA-3: A computer-aided design suite for multi-specific antibodies with quantum-augmented active-space treatment

A platform paper covering the five-layer NOVA-3 architecture: the Module Library, NOVA-Compute (with explicit hardware accounting on IBM Heron r3 and Quantinuum Helios), the generator stack, the three program-specific heads, and the NOVA-Evidence provenance layer. Includes a benchmark suite against published de-novo binder and multi-specific design baselines, and a discussion of the open question of quantum advantage in ground-state chemistry for antibody design.
